Transcending Our Stories, Embracing a World of Possibility

"We don't see things as they are,
we see them as we are." ~
Anais Nin
Labyrinth

Sunday, October 16th, 10-4pm at The Yoga Seed Collective

What stories have been woven about who you are? How do these stories frame the world you live in? What limitations has your conditioned mind created?

When caught in our stories, we are removed from the world of possibility and of interconnectedness. Without seeing how these stories have come into being, as well as how they are maintained, we cannot step back from them enough to access what's beyond. What we are unconscious to silently governs us.

In this workshop we will focus on seeing how our stories create the world we live in. You will learn specific tools that liberate you from the apparent 'truth' of these stories and assist in creating the life you want to have rather than the life that assumes that you are alone, disconnected, and without choice. A chant will be offered that opens the system to the experience of interconnectedness. Join us as we open ourselves to world of possibility that lies beyond our conditioning.

This workshop will be open to those new to Awareness Practice and to those more experienced. Come prepared in loose and comfortable clothing for a day of workshop exercises, discussion, journaling, visualizations, and meditation. A gourmet mindfully prepared vegetarian lunch will be provided by 'Eileen's Kitchen!' If you have a meditation cushion, please bring it. If not one will be provided. For questions contact info@onehouseofpeace.org.
