The Joy of Embracing it All ![]()
Saturday, June 11th, 1-3:30pm at Studio 206 Sliding Scale: $35-$50
(No one will be turned away due to lack of funds.) When faced with the notion of 'embracing it all,' does part of you panic? Where in your life do you get stuck? What triggers you into conditioned patterns that repeat over and over, much to your dismay? In this workshop we will bring awareness to what keeps us from the joy of complete unconditional acceptance. Through guided imagery, meditation, group discussion, and journaling exercises, we will access what lies beyond resistance. This workshop will be open to beginners and will serve as an opportunity to deepen practice for those with more experience. Preregistration is requested, but not required. Please send an email to info@onehouseofpeace.org to confirm your attendance and/or RSPV via our No one will be turned away due to lack of funds. If you cannot meet the minimum donation amount of $35, please contact us at info@onehouseofpeace.org to arrange a reduced fee with trade/barter.
The workshop will include writing exercises so please bring a journal and/or notebook and something to write with. Also, if you have a cushion, please bring it. (If you don't own a meditation cushion, no worries, we have some extras.)
