We are very pleased to relay the details of our upcoming retreat! Click here to see a short video about Piccolo Pastures. Also, given that the retreat is almost full without having published any details, we've learned that we need to continue our search for larger centers! For now, this one is perfect however and we are looking forward to the weekend in this special location - 20 acres only 20 minutes from One House of Peace!There are only two spaces still available, so please let us know as soon as possible if you'd like to attend.
The retreat will be in silence (aside from the group discussions and consultations) and will include:
-two yoga classes with Bashiran
-one period of working meditation
-three wholesome vegetarian meals a day
-regular periods of sitting meditation
-awareness practice discussions
-and private consultations with Caverly
Suggested minimum donation for the weekend is $250 with a special 10% discount ($25 off) for those who sign up for the June 19th workshop at Asha Yoga. (The retreat will expand upon the theme of this workshop, though it is not a requirement to have attended.)
