Upcoming April Workshop

Spring Revitalization
of Your Intention
at Asha Yoga
Saturday, April 3rd
1pm - 3:30pm. $35

Have your conscious intentions for the New Year become
forgotten New Year's resolutions? Have you lost your focus
and commitment? Is there something blocking you from
manifesting your deepest heart's desire? Spring is naturally
a time for new growth - a time to renew and revitalize and
expand - a time to clear out what's in the way and focus on
our intentions. As we clear the internal clutter of our minds
and energetic systems and refocus on our intentions, the
buds of possibility and new growth are supported to thrive.

This workshop will shed light on the process by which we
struggle to make our intentions our reality so that we no longer
have to be bound by that cycle. We will explore the process
from the perspective of how imbalances in the energetic
system, along with habits of conditioned mind, play a role in
keeping us from growing. Specific tools that assist us in
disentangling from conditioned mind as well as a
meditation/chant that harmonizes the chakra system will
be offered. This workshop will serve as a follow-up for those
who participated in 'Consciously Setting Intention for the New
Year,' and will be an opportunity to create new intentions for
those who did not. It is open to newcomers as well as those
who have previous meditation experience (non-members of
Asha are welcome to attend).
